Residential Cum Commercial Building

There are 10 floors (G+9) in the building and 2 basements. It has been divided into two parts, residential(3rd to 8th floor) and commercial (Ground to 2nd floor). Top floor (9th floor) has a Community Banquet hall, Library, Small Club and a Gym. Residential floors have their circulation core at the west side of the building and have a separate entrance from that side. The commercial part of the building has the front entry.

This seven bedroom bungalow at the foothills of Dhangi Hill, Dhanbad has been designed in accordance with the Vastu Sastra as per our client's requirement. This Project was particularly challenging in terms of space management. The site was 3200 sq.ft. on which we had to design a residence with 7 bedrooms, 4 Toilets, 1 Kitchen, 1 Pantry, 1 Puja Room, 1 large Dining Area, 1 Drawing Room, 1 Living Room, 1 Meeting Room, 1 Garage and a Terrace, the list was extensive.

XPitara.com Logo Design

       

 

XPitara is an online marketplace for exclusive handmade products. This logo has the basic essence of what the company stand for. The Pitara(box), which is literally used in the logo with letter "X" around it, stands for exclusivity, an Exclusive Pitara (Box) of handicrafts. The Logo also has the colours and features which are commonly used in the Handicrafts of different states. It is these universal folk colours and elements that make this logo apt for the marketplace of exclusive handmade products.                                                                

Tad Too New Logo Design

Tad Too New (ttn) is an online publishing platform, for those who enjoy unique content on lifestyle, social news, travel, food and entertainment. These Logos were designed for them but unfortunately it didn't get approved.

The logos were designed with an idea that TTN promises unique content to their readers, in a way they were set out to surprise their readers with their contents and with that core idea, The logo was developed using their initials "ttn". It was a set of expressive eyes at first then a mouth was added to elevate the expression and further made into a surprised face of panda, their initials make the eyes and ear of the panda. The logo is memorable for its distinctive and catchy appearance. It can also be used as a mascot for the company.
